The Congress of the International Society of Courtly Literature takes place, in-person only, at the Saint-Charles campus of the University of Montpellier Paul-Valéry.
On-site logistics
The Saint-Charles campus comprises two buildings numbered 1 and 2, located close to each other.
The welcoming ceremony takes place on Sunday, July 19th at 5 pm. in ?
The plenary sessions are helding in rooms 002-Kouros and 003-Caryatids, which have been combined for the occasion, at Saint-Charles 2.
The parallel sessions are helding:
- in rooms 008 and Colloquia 1 and 2, at Saint-Charles 1.
- in the auditorium and in rooms 006-Panathénée and 009-Proceedings, at Saint-Charles 2.
Audio-visual Equipment
All rooms are equipped with video projectors with wired HDMI connections. Laptop users without an HDMI input must bring an adapter.
To ensure smoother communication and avoid compatibility issues, we also ask speakers to send their slide presentation no later than 24 hours before their presentation to one of the following addresses:

Meals and food
Every lunchtime, upon registration, a buffet is available in the Winter Garden at Saint-Charles 2. You can seat in the same building, in room 007-Médicis.
Registering for the lunch buffet also entitles you to a snack served every afternoon around 3:00 pm., at the same location.
On Thursday, July 23rd, a seaside dinner is offered, also upon registration.
Accomodation
We recommend that you book your accommodation as soon as possible: Montpellier is a very popular city in the summer.
It can get hot, so make sure your rooms are air-conditioned.
In addition to the few hotels suggested below, the old town has many bed and breakfasts and seasonal rentals.
