Registration

Registering for the Conference

All individuals participating in the Conference must register. This includes anyone attending sessions, presenting or chairing a session, or participating in any other way in the Conference.

To pay your registration fee, please review the payment terms, which vary depending on your specific situation. These terms can be found in the section below entitled ‘Payment’. 

Registration will open on 20 November 2025 and until May 15, 2026, at the latest. Due to a change in accounting software at the University of Montpellier Paul-Valéry, online payment will only be possible from 31 March 2026 onwards. 

 

Fees

The registration fees for the 18th Congress of the International Society for Courtly Literature are as follows: 

- €130 for participants who are not doctoral students.

- €60 for students, doctoral students and post-doctoral students.

- Supplements:

    €18 for each lunch chosen (buffet served from Monday 20 to Friday 24 July 2026 inclusive on the university campus – note: there are very few restaurants in the neighborhood)
    €50 for the festive dinner by the sea. 

 

Payment

Online payment will once again be possible on the sciencesconf website via Paybox from 31 March 2026 and until May 15, 2026, at the latest. For online payment, please use Chrome or Firefox browsers. 

Due to a change in accounting software at UMPV, online payment will be suspended from 1 January to 31 March 2026. If you wish to register online without an invoice, we strongly recommend that you do so as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding. 

If you wish to receive a payment receipt, this will be issued after the conference proceeds have been settled (in September 2026 at the earliest). Furthermore, the name indicated on the receipt will be the one specified by the payer (email address) at the time of payment.

If you wish to receive an invoice, your institution must contact the Financial Department of the University of Montpellier Paul-Valéry (contact address: celine.camisuli@univ-montp3.fr) to receive a purchase order to be returned prior to the conference. In this specific case, it is not possible to pay online via Paybox.
